This young man was very fast getting to me, and a pleasant attitude made my situation feel not so bad knowing that Randys experience would get me home safe. He went above and beyond just changing my tire, he made sure that there was no other problems with my older model car, taking time he didn't have to make me feel like I trusted his opinion and I am glad I got to have Randy as my tech.
