Location Sharing for Roadside Assistance

Install the Roadside Assistance 24 Driver App
Enter the password you received during registration. After 3 minutes of sending your location, check that your icon on the map has turned green 
If the icon has not turned green after 3 minutes, it means the password was entered incorrectly. For security reasons, the app will not notify you about an incorrect password. Stop location sharing and re-enter (preferably copy and paste) the password.
On Android enable Allow all the time option on a location settings page
How to allow the Android app to run in the background
To prevent the system from stopping the app to save battery, select your phone brand and follow the steps:
- Open Settings > Apps > All apps.
- Find and select our app.
- Go to Battery.
- Select Unrestricted mode.
Autostart: Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart. Enable the toggle for our app.
Power saving: Settings > Battery > Activity control. Select No restrictions.
Locking: In the recent apps menu, press and hold the app window and tap the Lock icon.
- Settings > Battery > App launch.
- Find the app and disable “Manage automatically”.
- Make sure Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background are enabled.
- Settings > Apps > App management.
- Select the app > Battery usage.
- Enable Allow foreground and background activity.
- Settings > Apps > Special app access.
- Battery optimization > Select “All apps”.
- Find our app and choose Don’t optimize.
💡 Tip for all devices:
Open the recent apps list and “lock” our app card. This prevents the system from closing it during memory cleanup.
